Another iTunes problem

After doing a search here and on Apple's forum I found the fix to the problem. I deleted the iTunes preferences file with the following keystrokes:
Hit the Windows Key and the letter R (Win+R)
Type in "%appdata%" (without quotes).
Choose the folder Apple Computer.
Then the folder iTunes
Delete iTunesPrefs.xml and you should be good to go
Then restart iTunes. It will reset your preferences. This worked for me. I hope it works for anyone else experiencing this problem.
