Computer logs on then off! need help please!

I have a dell prescion 350 with windows xp and i had a virus on it called antivirus live which is malwarei believe and i tried to remove it and now it will log on and i see my background for a few seconds then it logs me back off to the screen where i log in. I do not have a dell disk or anything. I have no idea what to do! any help is appreicated!
