Hey everyone, I was fooling around tryiing to connect to my college network's domain (was unaware I couldn't connect unless I was on campus) and upon changing the domain somehow my user account, named hesswi01, seems to have gotten deleted! If I log in as administrator the only user accounts that show up are the administrator, Bill Hess (my name), and Guest accounts. I am 100% positive I didn't delete the account (to my knowledge the only way to do that is to go into user accounts in the control panel and select to delete it). Does anyone have any idea where the account went and if so how I can recover it? The account itself isn't that important but I would at least like to recover all the files I had on it! (Papers, powerpoint presentations, etc...). My system restore files were corrupt so while that would have restored things it's not an option :'( If you can help please let me know, thanks!

Well, try running "Recover My Files" or something similar. Just maybe that could get the documents.
