Ok, basically I really don't know how to get the specifics of the webcam but it works with the software i downloaded with it. Which is the installation disk, so the camera is working, but i can't get it to work on gmail yahoo msn or any other video chats. The software doesn't support video chat but just for making videos. Any help is appreciated.
