Fake Antivirus. Can't run software to remove it

So I have one of those fake antivirus programs on my computer. I tried to follow the removal guide from this site, however, the virus won't let me open OTL or Malwarebytes. Any suggestions on what to do next?

So I realized there was a tutorial specifically for the virus I have (Antivirus Soft); before I was using a different tutorial. Anyways, I was able to run Malwarebytes, perform a quick scan, and remove the selected problem files. This is all the tutorial for Antivirus Soft removal required; however, when the computer restarted the virus is still here. I just wanted to provide this update for whoever might post a reply with a course of action.
