RegSupreme (free version) from here: http://www.macecraft.com/
Finds and cleans Registry errors and redundant entries, plus a whole lot more places it looks at and cleans. Allows you to choose what gets removed and it's automatically backed up in case you need to re-instate an entry. I use the 'Pro' version which is more powerful but it's not free.
