My acer aspire 6920G laptop has been freezing and crashing alot recently. this occurs mostly during startup when i switch on my laptop, it either freezes at the welcome screen or dosent even boot up at all. sometimes it shuts down when im in the middle of something. i am not sure if this a hardware or malware problem. i did a malwarebytes scan and nothing came up. i will try to provide any information necesary.
