I am receiving this message. "Application cannot be executed. The file caavguiscan.exe is infected." I have found several threads with similar problems and corresponding solutions. I've tried them but the issue is every time I download and run a recommended program I get the same error message with the name of the new program substituted. IE8 is starting itself up with porn and ED tabs.
