I CAN'T SEEM TO UNINSTALL AVAST 5. I'VE BEEN USING 5 FOR THE LONGEST. I CAN'T EVEN USE THE UTILITY TOOL IN SAFE MODE CAUSE I AM ON DAIL UP. COULD THAT BE THE PROBLEM BUT WHY CAN'T I UNINSTALL IT I USED YOUR UNINSTALLER 2010 CAUSE AVAST UNINSTALL UTILITY WON'T WORK DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO DO REMOTEACCESSS SO THEY CAN SEE WHAT I'M SEEING PLEASE HELP
