I am using a piece of hardware called TrackIR5, when I plug it into my USB (which are 2.0) I get a windows message saying that the device can perform faster if plugged into a high speed 2.0 port. I know my USB ports are 2.0 (99.9% sure - See image below). Why am I getting this error and/or how do I fix it?

Many PCs front USB are only 1.1

But to stop speculation what is your hardware manufacturer and model number?
Dell Model Number? Hp Model Number? Acer Model Number? Some other computer model?
