Office shut down and lost my report

I lost my 8 page report that I just finished. I tried printing it and office locked up then shut down and lost my report.

Is there any way I can get it back??

You did save it before printing it?
Normally if you open Word back up again and it's done its autosave feature it should (key word) give you the document back.
