While browsing the net or going to diff pgs of my myspace email for example, i sometimes get a white pg that comes up saying:
The webpage cannot be displayed
Most likely cause:
•Some content or files on this webpage require a program that you don't have installed
What you can try:
*Search online for a program you can use to view this web content.
*Retype the address.
*Go back to the previous page.
I have done all 3 of these. When i did the first, i get another pg that says this:
Windows has the following information about this Protocol. This page will help you find software needed to open your file.
Protocol Type: 1268698631784http
Description: UnKnown
Windows does not recognize this Protocol.

I have used many search engines trying ot find info on the protocol, & they all return no results. I have retyped the address; doesn't fix the prob. And although pushing the go back button works, it doesn't work all the time. The white pg still continues to come up often. So what program or files do i need to install so this white pg stops coming up?
