What would happen if you put a 300 watt graphic card into a 200 watt computer?

Im assuming you mean the card says minimum 300 watt power supply.
if you run a heavy load on an underpowered psu, you risk at the very least things not working right, and at most it causing all kinds of damage to your system.
you would best be served by upgrading your psu. go with a name brand, like the antec true power series, thermaltake, etc. with at least 400 watts.

Under powerring your computer can make your mobo freak out.
buy a new power supply and maybe more
