My first time posting so I hope this conforms to the forum standards. I have a Dell 2350 w/ XP Sp1 and I have been getting this error message constantly for the past 3 weeks

The LoadUserProfile call failed with the following error: Access is denied.
This one is also popping up
Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. Check that you are connected to the network, or that your network is functioning correctly. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator. DETAIL - Access is denied
Any Help would be appreciated!
