Hi All, I am new to this forum. I am working on my Dad's laptop (HP Pavilion ze4900). He is 80 years old next month and uses the laptop daily...and also clicks everything that comes up so I have to clean it once a month. Just this last month, when he tries to play a movie, he gets a window saying there is a problem with the video card and it won't play a movie. It plays the sound and it plays a CD just fine. Any ideas what to do? Cheers and thanks in advance.
