each time i start up my pc sometimes is freezes and other times i get a message explorer has caused an error in unknown try restarting your pc. and the active desktop recovery think comes up. when i use active desktop recovery i get the same error message?

i am using windows me and ideas?

yesterday i was getting the following error message:
an exception od has occured at 002800000003 in VxD _ _ _
this was called from 0028:c001D324 in VxD NDIS (01) + 00005AAo

it may be possible to continue normally.any ideas?

the second one is a communications error...ndis (Network Driver Interface Specification)

the other one....tougher to day...start by ensuring you are spyware free.

Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty with malware, then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you seem to be malware free. return here and post in this thread again
