make program open in second screen automatically

im using 2 screen. and im trying to get fl studios 9 to open in monitor 2 but it wont let me. reason...i have a netbook and some things on fl studios get so big that i cant see the bottom of it. i try to move fl 9 into next screen, but it does not go anywhere. i try the same thing in fl 6, and it moves. reson for not using 6,...fl 6 does not support some vst plugins that fl 9 has.

ive heard theres a way to make programs open automatically in monitor 2 but i dont know how. any help please. im pretty good with computers, beyond average, so throw some tech talk at me, im sure to understand a lot.
