IPhone to Computer Music/Autoplay

I'm trying to rip my music from my iphone onto my computer via winamp but my computer is only recognizing my iphone as a digital camera and I can only access the pictures on it. I was told I could rip the music from it with winamp but I can't do it unless I can get winamp to recognize my phone as a music portable device. If anyone knows of a way to rip music FROM the Iphone TO the computer without jailbreaking please help me. Or simply tell me how to make my computer recognize my phone as a music device.
