Ok when i start up my computer on my desktop something pops up
FOUND HARDWARE:VIDEO CONTROLLER (VGA COMPATIBLE)
then i click install hardware and then it looks for the software
for it but it says Cannot Find Software Please Click Finish.
and then i click finish and nothing happens.

I cant play downloaded directx needed games.
i try download directx but somehow it doesnt
have any effect. The installation doesnt work
it only takes 1 second to get it to say finished
downloading.

Does all of this Effect my game that needs
DirectX 9.0 and Video Controller?

you have a builtin videocard, but you still must install the driver
to do that, you need to know what video graphic processing unit you have installed

Look in your manual, check the website of the maker, or download

everest home and run it
