! Hello, everybody!...,

Hope so that somoene could send a good installed copy of this file, located in Windows\System32\Drivers to my e-mail: vykintas.p(at)gmail.com ASAP. Many thanks in advance! Although I'm not sure that it's a genuinely Windows driver during default installation, this became a zero-length file is critical, clearly prevents Windows from loading, crashing them!...

Sincerely,
Vykintas

We here at GeeksToGo do not supply support via email. Please delete that from your post.
I have tried to find the file you referenced and I cannot find anything on it.
You can do a startup repair to windows to try and fix the issue by following the next instructions.

You will have to Perform a Repair Installation For Vista...guide is here...
This will allow you to repair your Vista installation and keep all of your personal user account files, settings, and programs
