Hi:
My sons laptop has a Trojan Virus. We are unable to download any antivirus programs because it blocks successful downloads. the online Geek squad is going to charge $130 to eliminate the virus. Is there a cheaper way to do this? I do not think this problem will be covered by any protection plan I bought with the computer (i.e. it is not hardware or software related). So...I will be out bucks unless I can figure out how to get rid of it...
Comments?
Thanks
