Ok so I like to watch sports scoreboards and gamecenter's/gametracker's and did it all the time on IE with no problem but I can seem to get the live updating on sites like cbssports and espn to work on firefox. Any help would be much appreciated.

Close Firefox. Go Start>All Programs>Mozilla Firefox, click on Mozilla Firefox (safe mode). Same thing?
