Did you uninstall it first (and delete all Google Chrome folders)before re-installing?

Hello Friend,
If pages are loading slowly only in Google Chrome, then try the following suggestions.
1. Open pages in an incognito window.
2. Clear your cookies, cache, and browsing history.
3. Check for a specific error message.
4. Check your antivirus and firewall settings.
5. Temporarily disable DNS pre-fetching.
6. Check for malware.

Thanks,
James

Hi, you can try to check your firewall's settings to see whether Google Chrome is blocked.
