I just build a new Home Theater PC running the following:

MOTHERBOARD: ZOTAC IONITX-G-E ITX ION
PROCESSOR: Intel Atom 330 CPU
VIDEO: On Board Gforce 9400 VGA HDMI-Out
HARD DRIVE: 500GB SATA 7200RPM 16MB Buffer
MEMORY: 4GB (2x2GB) PC6400 800MHz
TV TUNER: Hauppauge HVR-2250
OPTICAL: ASUS 4x Blu-Ray ROM

NETWORK: ATT U-Verse Wired

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
SOFTWARE:
Corel WinDVD 2010
MYMOVIES for windows media center
PlayReady PC
Nvidia Display Control Panel
Nvidia Drivers
Win7Codec
Microsoft Silverlight

Okay here is my problem, when I plug my HTPC into the network after about 30-sec. I start getting what sounds like multiple radio signals overlapping each other blasting out of my speakers on my TV. If I unplug the network cable the sound continues for about 15-sec. then it disappears. What is going on?
