i am trying to use my scaner on my 2600 series printer . every time i try to use my scaner it tells me the ( printing application has encountered a problem and needs to close ). i tryed to reinstal the drives and all files to the printer and the samre thing comes up can anyone help me thanlks :) [email protected]

Look for the troublesheeter in your user manual, or on the cd to see if you cand fix the problem, if not.
Try using the printer uninstal application to remove the software.
Some hardware requires the sofware to be installed first before any connections to the computer. If not the case follow the instalatioon instruction.
