Revo verses Programs and Features

I have a question on the size difference between Revo and the Programs and features that came with my Toshiba Vista. I was debating on whether I should uninstall a program I have because the the program and features said the size was 240MB and the Revo said it was 2.31MB. The program is HP Customer Participation Program and I really need the space on my lap as I am going to school at GU and need the space for some important programs to help me later.There are some other programs that are the same way as far as size difference. Why the difference and who is correct on their size?
