shrink do not read E:DVD

I am trying to backup a movie DVD, and I am trying to select the DVD E: drive as the select BACKUP TARGET...but the DVD drive....E:(+/-)is not showing up in the list of select backup target lists(it did at one time)(shrink reads dvds from E:), now I only get DVD burner F:(+), what could have happen? If I go to windows/prefetch folder and delete all shrink files, delete shrink and reboot, reinstall shrink will all burners show in shrink? oh, my os is windows xp, using nero 6.0, Thanks for any help.

If it mean anything all my problems started when I tried to copy G.I. Joe with shrink!
