McAfee Update Causes Havoc

It appears McAfee DAT 5958 issued this morning, 21 APR, at 0900 EDT caused XP SP3 users to be greeted with the the beloved BSOD. Apparently it flagged svchost.exe.

Extra.dat has been issued to resolve this problem. If you cannot get into McAfee's site (it was overwhelmed earlier) try Alternate McAfee Site.
