Hey guys!!! :)

My laptop just got a upgrade to windows 7 professional! :)

The sad thing is I've lost quite a few stuff after the upgrade: Volume control, fingerprint programs, enpowering technology(Acer)

I tried to reinstall the drivers from Acer website, after those restarts, I realised that only my mute button works, and the volume control(which is touch-sensitive) doesn't respond to the volume control in the laptop.

What should I do? Since reinstalling drivers doesn't help =(

PS: Oh! My laptop is Acer 4937G

This is the how the laptop looks like(Well the volume control is outside)

Did you install the Acer Launch Manager software (not a driver).

Go to the Acer site and go to Downlaod/software and find the version compatible for Win7.

Hope this helps.

I think that this is an application too.

I have seen on the Europe Acer website under Driver & Utilities/Driver Downloads choose your model Acer Aspire 4937G and under application there is one called Empowering Technology Framework 3.0.3010 for Vista but I did not see any for Win7.

Maybe you can find one for Windows 7 if not try the Vista one and run it under Vista compatibility.
