First you probably need alittle information. Before I had found this site, I had (recently) had some problems with pop-ups. I tried to repair it using the cd and it wiped out all my programs and started me from scratch.(Sorry in advance, I don't have any "computer smarts".) I was happy because the pop-ups were gone. But now my windows when I try to move them somewhere on the screen or scroll down a page, it lags and the window does this kind of wave thing ( I don't know how to describe it.) Before I had did my own thing to get rid of the pop-ups my windows would move fast and scroll smoothly ( if that's any help.)
