Hi i get continuous bsod on my system

Specification is

p4i45gv
intel celeron 2400 mhz
1 gb ram

I haven't made any software/hardware changes recently

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Go to
Start and then to Run
Type in Chkdsk /r Note the space between k and /
Click Enter ...It will probably ask if you want to do this on the next reboot...click Y
If the window doesn't shutdown on its own then reboot the system manually. On reboot the system will start the chkdsk operation
This one will take longer then chkdsk /f

Note... there are 5 stages...
It may appear to hang at a certain percent for a hour or more or even back up and go over the same area...this is normal...
DO NOT SHUT YOUR COMPUTER DOWN WHILE CHKDSK IS RUNNING OR YOU CAN HAVE SEVERE PROBLEMS
This can take several hours to complete.
When completed it will boot the system back into windows.

Well BSOD appears in every 5 minutes making it impossible to work on the system.

I researched on the bug code and it gave me a indication of disk errors.So I took my windows disk and entered the recovery console and typed

chkdsk /f - it told me it found errors

so i ran chkdsk /r- it recovered my bad sectors

and also thought of fixboot and fixmbr in case the above didn't work.

Now its working great.I downloaded HDD smart, and my hard drive health status is fairly good.

Sorry for wasting your time.I already knew the fix.I did this because I want to join the tech staff here.Please let me know the procedure , I am ready to give any test to prove myself.

Not a waste of time as we were on the same line of thinking. The Tech Staff is by invitation only and only a Admin can do that. The best way to be asked is by supplying consistent and good assistance to others. If you are wanting to join the Tech Staff that is the only way to do so. The malware staff you have to apply for thru HERE.
You apply and then the administrators will go over your application and let you know.
