I just downloaded and ran Hijackthis and Advanced Systemcare b/c my computer had started to run slowly. Both gave me hijack logs, but I don't know how to use them.

Could someone help me interpret if any of the things on this Hijack log are things that I should remove? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
