Task Bar disappears and then reappears.

On my recently purchased laptop, my task bar keeps disappearing and reappearing over and over. I will have to run task manager to get it to reappear. The entire desktop is gone to. When you hover over a tab though and it shows you a preview of what window you have open, in the preview it shows the desktop. Then of course before you know it, it all is gone. I have tried a system restore, the task bar is locked. I dont know what else to do.

Right click on your TASKBAR and choose PROPERTIES if you can.

In the window that appears make sure that the box for Automatically Hide the Taskbar is unclick

Also make sure that the option Keep the Taskbar over all other Window is click

I'M not sure about the exact phrasing (my system is in French) but that what it should read like.
