Does anyone know how many characters are recommended on following fields -keywords;-title ;-page title?

meta keyword tag-don't bother
meta description tag-as long as it needs to be; 2 or 3 sentences is fine.
meta title tag-5 to 7 words. really this could be any length but you're diluting the strength, so stick with one term.

You could just do a search for a unique phrase from a specific page on your site, to see how it looks in the search results, if it doesn't look great just change it, leave a few days to be cached and check again, appearance in SERP's to the web user is just as important, as you want that click!

Firstly I want to specify you every page have a Title and we call it Title tag but according to the Google Algorithm it takes 55 characters and Yahoo & Bing take 105 with the space and keywords can be taken as per your requirement but title must be meaningful.......
