Cleaning Up Temporary Internet Files on Snow Leopard?

Is there a tool that is akin to ATF Cleaner for Snow Leopard? I know how to clear the cache and recycle bin, but I'm not quite sure how to clear the temporary internet files (such as when sending pictures of IM).

This is, quite obviously, my first Mac. ^^;
