Dumping Physical Memory to disk

I have a Gateway W340UA It has windows vista on it and well that's really all i can tell you because it seems that every time i get it started, It goes to a blue screen and says Dumping Physical Memory to disk and also says Technical Information: STOP 0X0000001A Any ideas?

Also I am attempting to Boot it now and it says

Technical Information: Stop 0x0000007f
