Sharing Calendars in Server 2k

Hi - I have a client with 2k server and exchange etc. and a few users sharing the 2 partners calendars. A new secretary is unable to connect to the diaries - when I find the one that is for her to view, I am just told that it is unavailable. Now, that diary/calendar is available to other ladies on the network. Is there something really silly that I am missing here?
