Run Windows Update in Control Panel and see if any driver updates are offered for downloading.

Windows Update didn't help. Does anyone know of a good, safe driver update?

Does this happen only on one USB port or all of them?

I've been looking and still can't find anything to update my drivers. The amera is a Sanyo. Any suggestions?
