Welcome Bibi to Geeks to Go!

Please have this file:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ERTYDF.exe
uploaded here so the expert can analyse it.

Please read these instructions carefully. You may want to print them. Copy the text to a Notepad file and save it to your desktop! We will need the file later.
Be sure to follow ALL instructions!

Download CleanUp!.
If that doesn’t work, use this link.
Don't run the program, we'll do that later.

***

Please download the Killbox by Option^Explicit. *In the event you already have Killbox, this is a new version that I need you to download.
Save it to your desktop. Don't use it yet.

****Restart the computer.
*as soon as BIOS is loaded begin tapping the F8 key until the Advanced Options menu appears.
*Use the arrow keys to select the Safe mode menu item
*press Enter.
***

Open HijackThis
Go to ‘config’
Go to ‘misc tools’
Press the button ‘open uninstall manager’
In the list find:
WareOut
Press ‘delete this entry’.
Press ‘back’
Than press ‘scan’

***

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.specialgo...info/ad/ad0230/

***

Please double-click Killbox.exe to run it.

Select "Delete on Reboot".

Open the Notepad file where you saved the file paths earlier and copy the file paths below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C

Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose "Paste from Clipboard".

Click the red-and-white "Delete File" button. Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt.

If your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually.

***

Doubleclick Cleanup.exe
Go to options
Select ‘custom’
Put a check to:
[list]* empty recycle bins
* delete prefetch files
* CleanUp! All users.[list]
Press 'cleanup!'

Once it's done, log off and log on again. This will remove files that were in use during the scan.

***

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files.
Run Ewido, and run a full scan. Save the logfile from the scan.

***

Post back in this topic with a fresh log using HijackThis and the scanlog from Ewido.

EDIT:
As there has been no reply from the original poster for more than two weeks this topic is now closed.
