thanks i had it in the wrong forum, avg says its inaccessible, i tried to run the tfc but it want run. i click it to exit and it says not responding. when i shut down the computer a blue screen comes up when it restarts and says its dumping physical memory. i have to start it in debugging mode so the blue screen dont come up. any advice appreciated, thanks
