Unexpected shutdowns

Hello,
Sometimes when I play games on my PC it shuts down without a warning.
Not a normal shut down sequence, but a hard reboot.

Can someone help me please?

please provide more detail. We need to know what your systems specs are (processor, memory, and video card) as well as what games are giving you issues.
