Hi, this problem has been occurring for quite a while now but I haven't had time till now to ask for help.

When I turn my laptop I normally get this blank white screen however it doesn't always happen but it happens more frequently now, I can see the mouse icon and it moves when I move the mouse, and it takes a couple of minutes before it disappears and finishes booting up the laptop. I currently run Windows Vista, I'm not sure whether it was a program I have downloaded or anything.
