Hi,

I have a strange problem. The other day I lost the ability to print. I can't print to either of the two printers available to me (one via USB and one on the network).

Both printers show as available and ready. When I click PRINT, it spools, says printing, but nothing prints.

I've checked that Print Spooler service is running, and have restarted it.

I've also checked that there are no stalled print jobs in the spooler.

I've also checked my Windows system files by doing SFC /SCANNOW Command.

Not sure what to look for next?

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
