Can I block all programs on my computer, with the excption of IE? I also want to block the abality to change anything on the control panel also. I have some kids that like to mess around and change things. I have parental controls set so it limits what they can do on line ie porn, downloads and such. But I would like to block most everything else. Still need to have access to IE, printng, Rhapsody, Itunes but not much else. Can this be done?

Thanks

This will probably do it, though other programs would be available:
