I just got back home and found my brother had gotten a virus on our computer, so I'm trying my best to fix it. I have these annoying links on my desktop, and my homepage changes automatically to: http://www.hotoffers.info/ad0271/

I can't change any of this, and I also have this red circle with a white X in my system tray that I can't delete that tells me I have a virus. When I click on it, whether it be right or left-click, it takes me to a hotoffers site.

I also get this windows system message that says the following:
