Wow installation error

Just bought a new Wow battle chest and started installing it the first game DVD went fine but in the second one at 77% windows gave a notice: Windows has noticed an error in this program and has to shut it down.
Processor, memory hard drive and video card should be okay but what is the broblem?

I had a problem like this and i copied the files from the DVDs to my desktop and installed if from there, not from the DVD and actualy it worked
