Background and Desktop Tab Gone

I am pretty sure i removed all of a recent trojan that I had but I cannot restore the tabs it took away in display properties. I am guessing I can probably do it via a registry edit.
When of go to display properties the only tabs i get are THEMES, SCREEN SAVER, APPEARANCE, and SETTINGS.
