I got a buddy who has a Dell Inspiron 1525 running Windows 7 x86, and he has a issue when running things in full screen mode that aren't in the normal resolution of his computer.

Such as running "Need For Speed Underground 2" in a 1024x768 resolution.

His LCD for his laptop shows bars around the sides of the screen instead of spanning that 1024x768 across his screen like the other laptops we have do..

Very annoying when racing and playing FPS.

It's not just a gaming issue, it does it on any full screen app that isn't in a widescreen resolution, and I'm trying to figure out a fix for the problem.

Gotta be a simple fix... or maybe not.
