Hi there,

Go Start -> Run and type cmd followed by Enter.
  • Type fsutil dirty query c: followed by Enter.
  • You should get a message indicating that the volume is dirty.
  • Type chkdsk c: /f /x followed by Enter.
  • Once the scan has finished, reboot and let me know if it has been fixed.
