very slow streaming

Everytime I try to watch a video it goes really slow, it doesn't matter if it's live streaming or youtube videos. I ran a speedtest and it's normal (d: 6.07 Mb/s, u: 1.02 Mb/s), I don't have any problems with downloading files, I deleted cookies and everything, so what seems to be a problem? Please help, it's really annoying.

Anyone??!! I've noticed facebook videos work fine, megavideo also... there's only a problem with youtube. is it a combination of flash player and youtube maybe?

IE8, I've tried in Mozilla too, but it's only slightly better.
